2 bikers from Nicosia and 3 bikers from Limassol in total 7 riders went on a morning trip to the mountains.
Temperature drop with rain falling but this did not stop us from taking the ride and enjoying this through mud.

Friday 12th of August 2011, after canceling another trip abroad we decided to go for a small one to Cappadokia in Turkey. Y on his BMW R1150GSA, A and I on our F800GS we are ready for the trip.
Starting from Limassol we all meet and around 8.00am with tanks full we are off to Nicosia, pass the border in Agios Dometios and get to the port in Kerynia.

From all over Cyprus over 80 bikers took part in this event in memory of the 13 unfair lost souls from the explosion in Mari July 2011.

The usual suspects for the night ride to Platres and food that ended with 16 persons!
Great company and a great night mostly BMW riders.
Wanted to test the camera at night so here is a short video from the night ride, enjoy!
The time is almost perfect for a camping and this was programmed to be done a while back.
Others started from Nicosia and others from Limassol towards Polis camping place. Starting point in Orphanides supermarket and 5.05pm we started our bikes with 8 bikes that the one would leave us at Paphos as she came only for the ride.

We gathered a group of 8 bikers and off we went for a ride to Ypsonas, around the Dam, through the village of Lofou and a coffee stop in Omodhos.
Continued to Agios Nikolas in Paphos and back to Limassol passing by Petra tou Romiou.

A phone call is all needed and 30 minutes later we are on the bikes and going for a ride and a coffee.
We started going up to the country side taking the road to Ayia Phyla turning off at Ayios Mamas and stopped for a coffee at Pera Pedi. (Photo) The tree is in the middle of the road splitting the two directions!
